Help Us Reach Our Year-End Goal

18 Projects.
10 Battlefields.
Over 1,000 Acres.

We need your help to reach our year-end of goal of raising $100,000 to support our work to protect the Shenandoah Valley’s battlefields.

Here in the Valley, your preservation team is pressing forward on all fronts in a race against the odds to do as much as we possibly can before the close of this year.

We’re working on two projects at two different battlefields to preserve almost 400 additional acres before the end of 2019 – that’s almost 13 acres a day between now and the new year!! These are exciting, time-sensitive projects, ones that the landowners have asked us not to talk about before they’re completed – which is why you won’t find maps showing the properties included with this letter. But you’ll be thrilled when I am able to tell you more about these projects!

But these 2 projects are just part of what we are working on. . . we are currently racing to complete 16 additional projects as we move into the new year – that’s a total of 18 projects across 10 battlefields that will result in the preservation of over 1,000 acres.

Please help us with your end of year gift. Whether it’s $10,000 or $10, I’m asking that you to be as generous as you possibly can. Countless opportunities are within our reach – please help us reach our goal of $100,000 before the end of this year.
