“Uncertain Freedom: The African Americans’ Civil War in the Shenandoah Valley”

Shenandoah University Society of History Fellows Speakers Series – Fall Lecture

Jonathan Noyalas, SU ’01, is currently assistant professor of history at Lord Fairfax Community College and director of its Center for Civil War History. In January, after fourteen years at LFCC, Noyalas will return to his undergraduate alma mater as the Director of its McCormick Civil War Institute.
