Party Pot-Luck & Picnic at the Widow Pence Farm

July 22 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us at the beautiful Widow Pence Farm for an evening filled with history, dancing, music and fun for all!

History
Starting at 6:00 pm there will be an interpretation of Dr. Irvin Hess’ diorama of the ‘Battle of Cross Keys’.

Music and Dance
7:00-8:15pm:  Square dancing led by square dance caller Larry Winegard
8:30-10:00pm: The Mutton Busters, an old time Appalachian five-piece band, will play their favorite songs.
You are welcome to flat-foot or just sit and listen!  Bring a chair.

Food and Refreshments
All the while, we’ll be enjoying the delicious tasty pot-luck dishes that everyone will bring. Liquid refreshments will be provided.  Please label your dish with your name and ingredients ( i.e. gluten free, vegan)

Cost
This is a Pay-What-You-Will event. All monies received will be shared equally to Stacey’s Memorial Garden and to the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields Foundation.
